Job Description

Our customer focus is based on quality, service and consistency and our service-led ethos is one of the key drivers in the growth of our market share over the past 10 years.We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Advisor to come and join our Payroll Team based at our Head Office in Ibstock, Leicestershire.The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, vetting, control and payroll payments for multiple weekly and salaried employees across a number of payrolls within the group. Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Be the first point of contact for all payroll related queries
  • Administer payroll related documentation, such as P45s, leavers, etc
  • Assist in the processing and general administration of multiple payrolls
  • Check, control and maintain amendments to employee pay
  • Qualifications& Experience:
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience in working within a payroll administration role
  • Confident in all Microsoft Office systmes ie. word/ excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Experience with Payroll software
