Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Junior customs / accounting clerk at our newly refurbished Hyde- Greater Manchester office. This position requires someone with the ability to grasp procedures and processes quickly.Ready for this challenge Respond to the below now!Key responsibilities of a Junior customs/accounting Clerk are-

  • to complete Customs Entries and associated documents in a busy customs agency office. (full training will be given).
  • helping out in accounting/admin duties in a busy accounting office (various admin and accounting responsibilities).
  • Skills & experience required -Guidance and training will be given:-
  • Ensuring customers are provided with correct and up to date information on customs procedures
  • Deal with queries or Customs post actions as appropriate
  • Create Export-import entry - C88 form
  • Maintain client Customs database
  • Invoice clients
  • General day to day Accounts Admin duties
  • Assisting with queries and reporting
  • Ensure all records, filing & accurate archive records are maintained at all time
  • Helping out in bookkeeping and accounting matters
  • Other duties not specified yet
  • Minimum Requirements -
  • Ability to grasp procedures/processes quickly.
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in the written form
  • Ability for pay attention to detail and work in an accurate and methodical way
  • Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
  • Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience in customs/accounting is an advantage

  • prowadzenie rejestru dokumentacji,
  • pomoc w wysylaniu deklaracji celnych-import&export
  • utrzymywanie porzadku w archiwach, pismach i dokumentach,
  • obsluga komputera, znajomosc MS Office,
  • kompletowanie i segregowanie korespondencji firmowej,
  • odbieranie telefonów i przeprowadzanie rozmów telefonicznych z klientami,
  • kontakt z klientem.
