Job Description

Approved ElectricianAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Approved Electrician based in Cheshire. The successful candidate will earn £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, which will be reviewed after 6 months.You will be working Monday-Friday and occasional weekends as required.Role Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years working as an Electrician.
  • 2391 qualified or equivalent to enable you to carry out Testing and Inspection work independently.
  • 18th edition wiring regulations.
  • Experience in producing RAMS.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have the drive to ensure that H&S and Quality legalities and standards are maintained and where possible improved.
  • H&S qualifications are an advantage.
  • Motivated to learn and continually develop expertise.
  • Able to demonstrate commitment and drive at the same time as flexibility.
  • Full UK driving license required.
Role Responsibilities
  • Schedule and oversee the installation of products.
  • Provide technical support to our install teams.
  • Champion and police H&S on site.
  • Ensure adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all relevant training is carried out (alongside the Contracts Manager).
  • Liaise with clients QS/Project Manager/Site Manager where relevant.
  • Understand and assist in the production of RAMS/Construction Phase Plans.
  • Flexibility to assist other fitting teams when electrical works are not required.
  • Regular working away from home may be required.
