    • We have a vacant full time position becoming available in February 2021. You will report directly to the Clinical Director while also working closely with other key members of the team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES What does the role entail
  • Assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of self funding and insured patients with acute and chronic pain and injury. Our clinic has a bias towards back and neck pain as well as sports related injuries.
  • Providing disc decompression treatment using IDD Therapy to patients with spinal pathology that have failed to respond to conventional treatments or who are looking to avoid surgery.
  • Assisting in non-clinical projects such as social media marketing, seminars and screening potential new patients and enquiries.
  • Attendance at mandatory weekly team training and 1 to 1 sessions
  • Working towards achieving company key performance indicators using Sports and Spinal Physio systems and action steps

  • Two hours team training per week to ensure that you deliver physiotherapy the SSP way! We take our training very seriously and throughout your first year the value of your training equates to over £10000 if paid for through external course attendance.
  • As a new staff member you will be trained in our philosophy which is underpinned by the internationally recognised organisation Kinetic Control ™ and The Performance Matrix (TPM™). This ensures that all our team are working to the same philosophy and offers our patients and clients the very best that current science has to offer.
  • You will be taught how to conduct a video gait analysis. You will learn how to interpret the findings, create rehabilitation programmes and retrain running technique.
  • You will be taught about running shoe choice and when and how to issue orthoses.
  • You will become a qualified IDD Therapist enabling you to deliver non surgical disc decompression treatment to patients with chronic disc pathologies
  • Personal development is taken very seriously at our clinic, You will have weekly 1 to 1 sessions during which you will receive constructive feedback on your patient management, reflective learning and clinical support in addition we review performance, learning and career goals needs on a quarterly basis too.
