Job Description

£19,500 per annumPermanent Full time, 37 hours per weekLocation: HuntingdonYou will be part of the IMDS OMC team. IMDS is our Integrated Metering and Develop services Alliance. It is responsible for the Scheduling of the Metering functions within the IMDS Operational Management Centre. The role is split in to two different functions:in-day scheduling, which is responsible for the current and immediate schedule, and tactical planning, which is responsible for the future schedule. Successful applicants will need to display flexibility in switching between the two functions as and when isneededThis role is fundamental to the success of the IMDS OMC. It will manage the Scheduling for our Metering resource. It will also play a critical role in planning of work within levels of service. This role will manage the in-day scheduling of Metering operationalactivities in an efficient way, maximising operational utilisation and productivity. It will ensure processes are adhered to complete right first time & minimise rework & return visits. It will take a key role in ensuring IMDS achieves our ODI obligationswith the prime focus being CMEX, RMEX and DMEX.As a valued employee, youll be entitled to:

This role will need to be able to work effectively in an environment with changing priorities, proactively looking for solutionsand providing an outcome that best serves the customer.You will display an outstanding attitude towards customer service, ensuring that every customer, internal and external, is left very satisfied.
