This company is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Manager with proven experience in a similar role to join their busy team. The successful candidate will have a passion for sales; a whatever it takes mentality, and a drive to be extraordinary! As their Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company. You will use your persuasiveness and creativity to attract and convert new business sales. Youll develop a deep understandingof the services that they offer and know how to attract clients to A more excellent way of thinking. You will have excellent time management skills with a passion to meet targets and exceed them wherever you can.Main functions of this role are:- Developing and implementing new strategies to drive sales and achieve growth targets- Analyse sales and market research to identify prospects- Persuading prospects to use the companies extensive services- Seek competitor advantage & support the generation of effective targeted campaigns- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and Account Managers to understand requirements and tailor offering to their customers needs- Working closely with the SMT to understand overall business objectives- Reporting the performance of sales and marketing channels- Achieving and exceeding revenue targets- Communicating with colleagues, clients and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner and understanding their needsThe successful applicant will:- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a sales and marketing- Have a track record of successful B2B marketing- Have strong cold calling skills, to have the ability in finding ways to obtain contact with a marketing decision maker- Have strong negotiation and consultative sales skills- Have excellent time management skills- Be a confident communicator and relationship builder- Be a team player accompanied with a winning mentality
