Job Description

Holt Automotive are working with a prestige main dealership in the Huntingdon area who are looking for an experienced Parts Supervisor to oversee their Parts Department.The Parts Supervisor role comes with a salary of £27,000-29,000 DOE + Bonus (£32,000 OTE) with fantastic opportunities for progression.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday+Saturday (on a rota basis)
  • Employee Car Scheme, following qualifying period
Parts Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities
  • You will assist in taking active ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the local Parts Trade delivery, returns and cash payments and be responsible for managing the Parts Team
  • Ensure all operational standards and procedures are effectively maintained.
  • Assist with the daily management of the core sales objectives for the branch & Parts Advisor team
  • Meet monthly set targets and deliver on agreed KPIs whilst guaranteeing the highest level of customer satisfaction
As a Parts Supervisor you will have:
  • Experience of working in a similar role within an automotive environment
  • Knowledge of dealership systems 1 link / Kerridge / pinnacle desirable
  • Exemplary communications skills, both verbal and written; can develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, the client base, and manufacturers
  • Computer literate with knowledge of general IT systems
