As part of this transformation we are recruiting for a number of new and exciting roles within our growing OT team.What will you be doingThe Lead Support Engineer for the OT Platform is a senior technical role within the OT DigitalOperations Team. You will be responsible for leading the OT Platform support function. The OT Platform is where our IT and OT systems converge, enabling the business to manage and understand our asset performance in one, trusted place through the combination of real-time asset data and analytics.As an experienced cloud developer or cloud support engineer, this role will provide day to day support for the OT Platform. As this is a lead role, you will need to be proactive in the identification and development of critical processes and procedures for the ongoing maintenance and optimisation of the OT Platform. This role will work closely with and influence team members, managers and partners to ensure this business-critical and innovative service is available to the business 7 days a week.As the recognised expert in supporting cloud-based OT systems, you will help develop and coachother team members, ensuring that there is a consistent approach to OT system support acrossthe OT Digital Operations team.
