Our client who is based in Alconbury Weald - Huntingdon is urgently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner - who has experience in a similar role within Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment with a minimum of level 4 CIPD to join their dynamic team.Skills and Experience: Experience in a similar role within Fresh Produce / Food Production / FMCG environment. IT Literate - High level of IT literacy with extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint Employment law knowledge and understandingQualifications CIPD Certificate in HR Practice or working towards a CIPD generalist qualification level 4 or abovePurpose of the roleTo work as part of the HR team to provide a professional, high quality, timely, customer focused partnering HR service to key stakeholders and customers across the areas of: Employee engagement and communication People management and discipline Employee relations i.e. supporting grievance investigations Discipline and performance management Employee data management Health surveillance and monitoring Coaching and supporting middle management to deliver the HR agenda Training Delivering value and pro-actively challenging the status quoCore Business ResponsibilitiesAdministration Supporting the co-ordination of value added activity of the shared service HUB and recruitment team Maintaining employee records when required KPI analysis using the prepared HR report on a weekly basis inc preparing documents of statistical format To drive projects assigned by the HOHR ensuring standards across the businesses Ensure HR records are up to date and audit ready Support the processing of starters and leavers - ensuring all company HR/Payroll procedures have been followed for new starters and leavers. Conducting inductions for new employees as and when required, frequently weekly Ensuring all administration, documentation relating to employee changes, new starters and leavers are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
