Experienced Glue Minder required for leading manufacturer based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.Responsibilities will include setup and running of a state of the are Glue Line, whilst ensuring that quality and productivity targets are met and maintained.Experience of running machines which are capable of running both hot and cold glues is highly desirable, however candidates with a good amount of continuous improvement & lean manufacturing knowledge from other fast paced, high volume industries would beconsidered.You will also be responsible for supervision and motivation of Production Operatives working with you on your line, ensuring that any issues are reported to management in a timely manner.12 hour rotating day & night shifts which will include weekends with ample rest breaks between.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very well established, rapidly growing company who have invested heavily in staff training and equipment, with further opportunities for advancement within the business for the right individual.Competitive salary offered, negotiable dependent on experience.
