Job Description

Glynwed Pipe Systems Ltd is part of the Aliaxis Group, a global manufacturer of plastic pipe systems for the building and utilities sectors; a successful organisation which employs over 15000 people worldwide.We are now looking to recruit a highly motivated and proactive CRM & Project Coordination Manager to join our national commercial sales team.The position will be based from our Huntingdon site and is a 12 month FTC.The roleDedicated to identifying and supporting project wins within our target sectors and in turn contributing to the Company`s Sales Budget, this role provides an essential link between the external sales teams and the tracking of current live and future projects. With responsibility for the management of the company CRM and the provision of analysis of CRM data to the sales management team, we’re looking for someone with excellent relationship management and communication skills coupled with a proven background in CRM (preferably Ms Dynamics). Additional responsibilities will be:

  • To proactively support the internal and external sales teams with qualified leads and opportunities
  • To monitor and manage the accuracy of data input to the company CRM system.
  • Achieve KPI’s as agreed and monitored (including those measured via CRM).
  • To ensure the external sales team remains supported and focused on their individual project pipelines.
  • To foster strong working relationships with our other internal departments.
  • Develop a relevant set of project tracking reports and dashboards to share with the sales management team.
  • Manage, maintain and develop the company`s project tracking process to ensure all responsibilities are known and the process is effective at capturing all opportunities.
  • To fully participate in and contribute towards the Sales Plan
  • Do you have what it takesIf you have experience gained in a similar CRM/Project Coordination role, excellent engagement and communication skills, a track record of developing internal/external stakeholder relationships and good CRM skills we’d love to hear from you. Ideal candidates will need:
  • Strong CRM knowledge, preferably MS Dynamics
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Understanding of the sales process and in particular specification selling
  • Ability to deliver project tracking plans & reports
  • To be able to identify and manage key performance criteria
  • Experience of working at different levels and with different departments to ensure complete sales process efficiency
