Do you have strong complaint handling experience Are you seeking a fresh new challengeOur client based in Huntingdon is seeking an experienced Complaints Specialist to join them on a full time permanent basis Monday to Friday.As Complaints Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complaints from beginning to resolution, in accordance with FCA guidelines. You will take an empathetic approach, listening the details of the complaints, investigating and reaching a resolutionfor the customer.You will receive and action complaints via telephone, email or live chat, recording all details, liaising with internal departments for further information, completing the full complaint investigation, issuing written correspondence in accordance with FCAguidelines, updating all information on the complaints handling system, providing root cause analysis to relevant internal departments.This Complaint Specialist role offers the chance to join a successful and growing organisation.
