Job Description

This position is in Barton-upon-HumberWe are currently seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our clients growing team as a Warranty Advisor in Barton-upon-Humber. They offer comprehensive training and development opportunities.Warranty Advisor - No Weekends or Evenings!£23,583 per annum + £500 quarterly bonusMonday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week)Must be able to commute to Barton-upon-Humber dailyWorking as a Warranty Advisor, you will be managing customer warranty claims and ensuring that customers of the business are given a high quality of service You will be building relationships with the customers and ensuring any questions from them are fullyanswered.This position is purely a customer service role with no sales element.You will receive a fantastic benefit package including:

A Warranty Advisor will be required to:
  • Managing customer warranty claims
  • Handling internal and external customer and installer queries
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Working to department SLAs
  • Problem solving and following up on customer enquiries
What makes a good warranty advisor
  • Must be able to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily
  • Experience in customer service (whether it is call centres, retail, hospitality, etc.) is required
  • Must have experience working to targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT Literate and proficient in Microsoft
  • Strong organisational skills
