Job Description

Trainee Logistics Administrator Office based roleLocation: HullSalary: up to £25k (dependant on experience)Hours: Mon-FriGrafton Recruitment are working on behalf of a successful, leading company who are looking for a Trainee Logistics Administrator to work in their Hull office.The role:

  • Data input
  • General administration duties
  • Assist in the Operations department, providing admin assistance to all staff
  • Book transport shipment, airfreight etc.
  • Ensuring customers need are met
  • Check vehicles and containers arrive on time with necessary equipment
  • Confirm delivery made on time
  • Send delivery confirmation to customer
  • Respond to request for quotations, assistance with shipping documentation to the mode of transport and country of origin or destination.
  • Raise invoice to align with clients requirements
  • Resolve invoice queries relating to supplier costs
  • Assist other team members during times of absence
  • General office duties
  • Send delivery confirmation to customers
  • Monitor the process, keeping the customer informed and resolving any issues
You will need:

  • General administration experience
