Technical Support Engineer - Hull - Hardware, Windows Servers, DNS - up to £26,000pa The RoleAre you a Technical Support Engineer that is looking for a moveAre you keen to join a team that is aiming to actually make a differenceLook no further… I have an exclusive and exciting opportunity for a talented and hard-working IT Technical Support Engineer to join a close-knit and innovative team in Hessle.This role involves a blend of 1st Line Customer Support and being workshop based with occasional visits to customer premises (a driving license is a must have!). You will be building PCs, installing and configuring Windows Servers, setting up general networkinfrastructure and assisting with Wi-Fi configuration and deployment to name a few.Skills

  • Hardware - building, diagnosing and fault finding
  • Installation and configuration of Microsoft servers
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure
  • Customer support - 1st Line
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drivers license essential
