CK Group is currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a leading medical research organisation on a permanent basis. This role is located in Hull and offers a competitive salary.The Role:As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising, training and providing instruction to the Production Team.Main duties and responsibilities:- Maintain animal welfare and perform routine animal husbandry- Complete daily monitoring and reporting of the animal unit environment- Completion of departmental records- Preparation and construction of detailed SOPs and Work InstructionsThe successful Laboratory Manager will have the following qualifications, skills and experiences:- Minimum Level 2 Diploma in Animal Management- IAT Level 2- Ability to gain or current holder of a Home Office personal license- Experience in Animal Handling and routine animal husbandry- Good IT skillsEntitlement to work in the UK is essential.
