Are You Looking to make a positive change in childrens livesJoin Career Teachers and work as a special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) teaching assistant at our partnership schools in Hull. Starting as soon as possible, youll work alongside dedicated educators, engaging with pupils and shaping the nextgeneration.Our partnership schools care for and nurture pupils with moderate learning difficulties, autism spectrum disorders, SEMH, ADHD, PMLD, hearing impairment and visual impairment. We work with schools in both Primary and Secondary settings, so the childrensage ranges from 3-16 years old.We are looking for teaching assistants with experience with SEND environments and nurturing personalities. Familiarity with the national Key Stage Curriculum, an understanding of child development and learning, excellent communication skills, adaptability,empathy, and dedication to promoting equal opportunities are the key qualities we seek in teaching assistants.Responsibilities of the role include:
