Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment is actively searching for a dedicated, hardworking, ambitious, and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join the vibrant educational community of an outstanding school located in the East Riding area. The school has various roles for Januaryin various years groups and days so can be very flexible to candidates. There are ample opportunities to contribute to the holistic development of pupils in a dynamic and supportive environment.The ideal candidate for this position should possess not only a strong work ethic but also the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of students. Your role will be pivotal in engaging pupils in their learning journey through a patient and inclusive approach,utilizing a variety of activities and creative resources that cater to individual learning styles.To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Passion for Education: A genuine passion for working in an educational setting that fosters a love for learning among students.
  • Versatility in Teaching Approaches: Ability to work effectively with whole classes, small groups, and on a one-to-one basis, showcasing adaptability in teaching methods.
  • Qualifications: While a Level 2 to Level 3 qualification in Childcare is preferred, it is not essential, as we also value relevant experience and a commitment to professional development.
  • Enhanced DBS: A current Enhanced DBS check on the update service, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding for the welfare of the students.
  • Right to Work: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
