Thats when it hits home.We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our team as a Supported Living Worker. Our CQC registered service provides support to our brilliant customers who have mild to moderatelearning disabilities and mental health within an accommodation supportsetting.We have six customers in three flats throughout the service. We help our themlive their day to day lives as independently as possible. Our team will tell you that no two days are the same because everything we do is person centred around our customers. You may support our customers with shopping, personal care, finances and even to go on holiday. Like our team, were sure youll find the job ever so rewarding. We help change our customers lives for the better. Youll play your part by assisting in the delivery of tasks that are based on our customers personal support plans, and their needs and aspirations. Youll work with our Support Workers and external agenciesto assess and engage support for our customers. We empower our customers to develop the independent living skills they need, to successfully move on. Together well make a difference!About youYoure passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives. Youll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds. You havesome experience in safeguarding, risk assessments, confidentiality, support plans, alongside working collaboratively.If youre not the biggest fan of technology, thats not a problem to us. You do need to know that we are quite a high-tech company and most of our application process and mandatory learning are online.
