Paying between £40k - £48k as well as the usual benefits, youll also receive an excellent car allowance (in the region of£6k) This opportunity also provides a very real possibility of developing your career into more senior management roles.The RoleWorking regionally, you will oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards. The site manager / Agent will monitor progress, oversee delivery of materials, and carryout safety checks and sort out any problems which could hold up work as they arise. The site manager / agent will always also keep in close contact with members of their site team, and liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners. He or she willalso ensure that work complies with building regulations and healthand safety legislation as well as other legal requirements.Desired experience
