Based inWest Hull and offering 2-3 days hybrid working, the company is close to good road links for the A63, eastern M62, Humber Bridge, Hull, Beverley and the East Riding villages.THE ROLE: This brilliant opportunity will have appeal for candidates who want to be with a forward thinking company in a fast paced environment.Delivering and reporting Group results at month and year endPreparation of Statutory AccountsKey point of contact with the auditorsEnsure delivery of month end Group results providing comprehensive analysis and raising issues in a timely mannerEnsure full integrity of the group balance sheet, ensuring all balances are validatedManage month end closeEnsure all monthly journals are posted and authorised correctlyGroup consolidation and adjustmentsDelivery of monthly board pack and bank covenant reportingTHE CANDIDATE:ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and with approximately 2-3 years post qualification, ideally you will have had a sound technical accounting training in professional practice and maybe a couple of years out in industry although candidates straight from practice arewelcome to apply.A confident and articulate communicator with a high degree of systems literacy, you take responsibility and ownership for your work and apply good judgement in decision making.
