An 18 month fixed term Band 6 position has been created to support the Security (& Parking) team in delivering a number of projects, via contractors to support the Director of Estates, Facilities and Development (EF&D) at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.The position will be instrumental in managing a number of security improvement projects and supporting the wider developments and refurbishments on Trust sites, whilst simultaneously reviewing and implementing new systems, both procedural and upgrading the technology of the security (& Parking) infrastructure.The post holder will need to have strong experience in managing contractors in delivering projects. A background in NHS/Healthcare FM (hard and/or soft) would be advantageous.Security Installation knowledge and experience would be advantageous, but not essential, however the post holder will be expected to be able to develop and record assets and schedule PPMs for security assets/systems, and work with the Directorate Information team to ensure that the MICAD IPR and BTFM (CAFM) systems reflect the security systems which are installed on site.The post holder will also be required to manage projects from inception to completion.Please read the full Job Description and Person Specification (attached on the NHS Jobs website) prior to making any contact with the recruiting manager regarding this vacany.All applications must be made via the NHS (Trac) portal.
