Role: Secondary Teaching AssistantLocation:HullSalary 80-£95 Per DayStart Date: September 2023Contract: Full-TimeGSL Education Hull is seeking knowledgeable and dedicatedSecondary Teaching Assistantsfor our diverse client schools acrossHull & East Riding.This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to work in rigorous andrewarding classroom environments for friendly Secondary schools.Secondary Teaching Assistant role:The Secondary TA will be responsible for providing assistance and encouragement to students for general subjects in order to raise their progress and achievement levels. The ideal candidate will be able to aid students in their studies by assessing studentneeds and offering concise and clear support.The successful candidate will:

  • Possess a Teaching Assistant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 1, 2 or 3)
  • Have a patient and helpful personality
  • Have the ability to adapt to different environments
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be enthusiastic and energetic
  • Have an updated CV with an enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one
