Job Description

Sales Trainer

  • £21,500 basic - Realistic £50,000 OTE

The companyOur client are a specialist in the charity sector for the last 13 years, they pride themselves ontheir ethical, upfront honest approach to fundraising.The roleFace to face sales is a show me not a tell me business. We require hands on practical coaches withthe ability to show new team members how to do the job, successfully and compliantly. Thecompetency-based training framework allows a coach to maintain their individual style but ensuresthat all new starters are training to the same standard in the same way. Our clientoffer an initial 5 days practical coaching to all new starters.Key duties
  •  Train the new fundraising team members.
  •  Demonstrate a high volume of high-quality sign ups on first day.
  •  Utilise a positive coaching style with new starters to reach an initial level of competency in the role.
  •  Provide written and oral feedback to both new starters and team managers on their areas of strength and areas of improvement.
  •  Work with existing team members to fine tune skill set for increased and continued success.
  •  Be a role model and ambassador for the comany and thei charities.
  •  Travel to different areas of the North West and Yorkshire.
Experience
  •  Proven track record in sales training.
  •  Own transport.
