A great Order Processor / Customer Service Trainee at supply Chain Solutions (Previously International Timber) will put the customer first, focusing on finding solutions for them and building trust. Truly acting as an entrepreneur you will be proactive,taking time to understand your customers. Youll also show resilience when things dont go according to plan; being open to new ideas and happy to learn.For the right candidate this role offers full training and the chance to gain your NVQ 3 in Customer Service. You will receive a high level of support and on the job training as we show you how to use our IT systems and work closely with customers tobuild long lasting relationships.This role would be an ideal opportunity for a recent college leaver looking for the next step or someone with a proven employment track record who might be looking for a change in career direction.
