Job Description

Sales Manager (Manufacturing)Hull£45,000 to £50,000 Basic DOE + Bonus + Car + Benefits Package + Ongoing Progression OpportunitiesMonday to FridaySales Manager required for a manufacturer who were proudly the fastest growing ecommerce company within their sector in 2021. They pride themselves on being a brand associated with quality and have established some great relationships within their market.This is a varied role, with an expanding company who offer career progression and an opportunity to shape the success of the company moving forward.The role would suit applicants from any Senior Business Development, Key Account Management or Sales background. You must have a proven track record in sales, strategic sales experience and successfully leading a team. Applicants from leisure or retail tradesbackground will have a considerable advantage.Working as part of the senior management team, you will be responsible for taking full ownership of the trade sales division of the company. You will manage and coordinate teams of up to 7 sales professionals, which is likely to grow with time. You willdevelop the sales strategy to maximise success of the business which will involve analysing current sales data to capitalise on current/existing accounts as well as identify new markets or revenue streams.This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for proven sales professionals who seek autonomy within their role and for those who enjoy growing/developing employees and businesses as a whole. They are investing heavily within the company and have been extremelybusy in recent months. They have huge investment and growth plans which are currently in motion.The Sales Manager Role:*Developing and implementing the company sales strategy to maximise profit and market share*Coordinating, mentoring and developing the sales team*Building relationships in current and new markets and identifying key areas for growth*Establish CRM systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.*Liaising with internal departments i.e. Marketing and NPD to maximise salesThe Sales Manager:*Can transfer from any proven sales background*Must have previous experience of developing and maintaining a complete and comprehensive sales strategy*Must have previously and successfully led a team*Applicants who have experience selling within the leisure, retail/manufacturing or to trades counters will have a considerable advantage and are invited to apply.
