Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Sales Order Administrator to join our client who is a growing distribution company based in Hull. This is a full time permanent role.THE PACKAGE & BENEFITS

  • Working Monday to Friday 07:30am to 16:30pm (14:00pm Friday finish)Free onsite parking
  • Pay £10.50 per hour
THE ROLE & DUTIESAs a Sales Order Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Answering the main phone line and transferring calls
  • Processing online orders
  • Checking payments against online orders
  • Dispatching online orders
  • Receiving supplier deliveries on internal computer system
  • Reporting shortages/discrepancies to suppliers
  • Handling returns and refunds for online orders
  • Chasing and recording purchase order confirmations
  • Chasing and recording overdue purchase orders
  • Filing completed and forward sales orders
  • Checking stock availability
  • Handling cash sales/Pro-formas
  • Answering email enquiries
  • Answering eBay Enquiries
  • Re-listing products on eBay
  • Update existing product description/photos/prices
  • Checking for missing orders
  • Assisting trade customers
  • Recording information on customer returns
  • Stock taking
THE CANDIDATE
  • Must be computer literate
  • High accuracy with regards to data inputting
  • Previous Sales Administrator experience advantageous
