Job Description

Elizabeth Michael is recruiting for a Leading UK insurance provider for sales professionals to join their busy Inbound Registrations Sales department on a REMOTE full time, permanent contract. You will need a minimum of 12 months consecutive sales experience in a targeted environment (not retail) and will be highly rewarded with a competitive OTE of £30,700 per annum.Equipment will be provided; you will just need your own reliable internet connection.£22,000 basic salary & average OTE £8700 per annum. (Uncapped commission!)

  • Hours: 8-week rota. You need to be fully flexible between the hours of 8am - 8pm.
  • Includes 1 full weekend & 3 Saturdays in 8.

The role you’ll do:
  • You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who call in for help.
  • You’ll receive calls from customers who will be looking to register their appliances. With your excellent customer service and your expert sales skills, you will give added peace of mind by up-selling other products, that customers can purchase that bestsuit their needs.
  • Share the features and benefits of protection products to help customers find the one that’s right for them.
  • Build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first, so they continue their protection with us.
The experience and skills you need:
  • 12 months consecutive sales experience in one role within the last couple of years
  • A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets
  • Proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
  • Great communication skills - you’re at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed
  • A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
  • Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly
