Dueto their success in this specialised sector, they are expanding their Healthcare Recruitment team.The Role:Using Sales, Business Development, Marketing Techniques and Networking, you will be responsible for attracting business from client companies. Develop a great understanding of client requirements, what they do, work culture and environment, so that you canplace the best candidates for each position.You will be encouraged to use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers. Headhunt, identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work. Use candidate databases tomatch the right person to the clients shift requirements. Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and duties of the assignment in question.
