We are currently seeking a dedicated Recovery Navigator to work in ahybrid model, collaborating with a flexible, multi-disciplinary team across various community delivery sites.Key Responsibilities:As a Recovery Navigator, you will carry a diverse caseload of adult male prison leavers and individuals on community orders within the Probation services.
