As a recovery navigator you will be carrying a diverse caseload of adult male prison leavers and peoplein the community, you will be providing support in whilst they go through their recovery journey.Whilst in this role you will be delivering services which enhance access to treatment as well as additional support for people who are on probation, whose substance use disorders often occur alongside mental health illnesses.Duties will include:
