Part Time ReceptionistSalary: £11,108Location: HullThis is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a part time permanent position. You will be first point of call for any visitors who enter the premises as well as being responsible for in-coming telephone calls and general administrative support tothe HR and accounts team. This role would suit an all-rounder with previous reception and administrative experience.THE ROLE: Part time position, Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday and FridayYou will also be required to cover additional hours for holidays and sickness.Answering in-coming telephone calls and dealing with queriesMeeting and greeting of visitors which will entail booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments.Providing administrative support to internal departmentsOrdering stationary and handing deliveriesTHE CANDIDATE:Previous experience in administration and receptionPeople skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.Able to work to deadlines with attention to detail skills.You must be a committed person who is looking for stability in a roleGood IT skills and be open to new challengesTHE CONSULTANCY:Edwards & Pearce acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
