Job Description

Product Support / Sales Engineer (Agricultural Equipment)Hull£30,000 - £40,000 + training + fully expensed car + excellent career progressionAre you an engineer or technician, with sound understanding of agricultural equipment, looking to step into a unique and highly autonomous role, where you will be travelling nationwide, to a portfolio of exciting clients, carrying out product demonstrationsand providing product support where necessary, with a range of agricultural machinery and partsAre you a confident communicator, looking for a versatile role, with the potential for excellent career progression, with a company which is currently experiencing accelerated growth, where you will be client-facing, in an aftersales role, demonstratinga range of cutting edge agricultural machinery, designed to offer affordable solutions to farmers, lowering the cost of crop establishmentOn offer is the opportunity to join a family run company which will provide a great working environment, and fast track career progression into a management position. You will be responsible for visiting a number of customers nationwide, carrying out productdemonstrations with a range of agricultural equipment, as well as providing product support, and attending various shows and events to display the machinery, speaking with a range of clientele in the agricultural sector, with a view to developing and maintainingcustomer relationships.The role:

  • Working alongside a professional team, promoting the companys products as well as maintaining and developing new and existing relationships
  • Demonstration and installations of agricultural machinery
  • After sales support
  • Attending shows and events, showcasing the products, speaking to new and existing customers
The person:
  • Good knowledge of agricultural machinery and current farming techniques
  • Confident with demonstrating machinery, in a client facing role
  • Willing to travel nationwide (with some overnight stays), and occasionally overseas to international clients
