Job Description

Learning Support Assistants Location: HullStart Date: ImmediatelySalary: £65 - £70 per dayREED Education are working in partnership with a primary school situated in Hull, looking to appoint a learning support assistant on a temporary basis. We are looking for Learning Support Assistants that have extensive experience working within Key StageOne. Qualifications are desirable, however not essential.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Managing difficult or challenging behaviour that pupils may present
  • Assisting pupils with KS1 SATs
  • Identifying any weaker areas that pupils may demonstrate and working alongside them on a group basis or 1:1 to support them further
  • Building and maintaining relationships with parents to encourage further learning and development at home
  • Raising standards through setting the highest expectations for the children and staff
