Ouch. That glass ceiling hurts more than you think.Youre not unhappy where you are. Well thought of. Well looked after. But everyone needs to feel like theyre learning and you no longer are.And whilst you love being a paraplanner there are other things you enjoy too. Helping other paraplanners be as good as they can be. Putting on training sessions. Creating and implementing new ideas that help operational performance.Wouldnt it be nice for you to have the freedom and support to do just that, rather than having your wings clippedAt this firm you can.Youll lead a team of paraplanners across several offices. Youll make sure theyre happy, focused and challenged. Youll be the go to person for technical queries and youll provide ongoing training. But youll also drive ongoing efficiencies and improvements. Youll create and implement your own changes, whether thats procedures or policies. So whilst youll have a framework to operate from, theres room for creativity. And its an ambitious, growth orientated firm. Theyre continuing to buy other businesses and that means theyll be new staff to integrate - a huge but enjoyable challenge.Youll spread your time working from home and visiting your team in offices across Yorkshire and the North East. So theres flexibility about how you structure your day and trust that youll get on with the task at hand. Theres no micro-management here.Salary is c£50,000 plus theres a range of benefits:* 27 days annual leave * Contributory pension scheme* Private Healthcare* Life assurance* Health insurance* 2 charity volunteer days* Employee recognition* Recruitment referral* Career Development* Cycle to work schemeHERES WHAT YOULL NEED:Youll be level 4 qualified and have a level of experience that means you have the credibility to manage others.Prior managerial experience is great. But you might have had a more informal "managerial" role i.e. as a mentor. Or as someone responsible for onboarding/training new paraplanners who join your team. In short something that points to you having the capabilityof stepping up into a more formal leadership position.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ready to smash through that glass ceiling Click apply so we can tell you more.
