Job Description

Job Title: Production OperativeLocation: HullSalary: Rate of Pay: From 9. Depending on skills experience and qualifications.Overtime:

  • 333 Monday to Friday days above basic
  • 466 Monday to Friday 22:30pm onwards above basic
  • 500 Saturday and Sunday days.

The Company prides itself on its innovative approach to product design and manufacturing, along with an excellentreputation for high-quality customer service.We solve our customers toughest packaging challenges through our unique blend of technical collaboration, innovation and extraordinary service.The role:To operate production equipment as effectively as possible & to contribute to the shift meeting demands in terms of production, waste, quality, housekeeping & health & safety.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental Procedures and Regulations
  • Meet production targets and customer deadlines.
  • Complete daily checks
  • Follow SWPs!
  • Completes required production paperwork.
The Candidate:
  • Machine Operator with previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Health and Safety Awareness
  • Quality Awareness
  • Excellent attendance and timekeeping
  • Knowledge, Training and Experience required
Ability to work flexible hours on a two-week rotational shift pattern:Early Shift Monday to Thursday 05:30 to 13:30 Friday: 05:30 to 13:30Late Shift Monday to Thursday 14:00 to 22:30 Friday: 14:00 to 20:00Benefits:
