Job Description

Operations Coordinator Hull £23k to £27kGrafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading Logistics business with an office in the heart of Hull who are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the organisation with all things Freight Forwarding.Duties to include

  • arranging, administering, and tracking international shipments
  • updating reports and systems with freight data
  • preparing and competing Customs Entries and international shipping documentation, through to raising freight labels.
  • Liaising with internal departments, suppliers, customers and Freight carriers,
  • answering queries and validating all documentation
  • General Freight forwarding
  • Dealing with queries
You will have
  • excellent administration abilities,
  • a positive and professional approach,
  • strong communication skills whether face to face, telephone and email interactions
  • previous experience of working within the Logistics industry, whether Shipping, Distribution, Import & Export or Warehousing.
  • Excellent IT skills
