Job Description

PageGroup have partnered with an well established Not for Profit organisation in Hull (HU3) with a permanent opportunity to join as a Office Administrator. This role offers training and support, as well as long-term development opportunities.Client DetailsMy client has been delivering effective drug and alcohol services for over 30 years. They helped thousands of local people on the road to recovery, across Humberside, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.They are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person to join a small team providing administration and systems development across the organisation to ensure they are effective and efficient.DescriptionThe Office Administrator will be responsible for:

  • General administrator duties
  • Amending documentation, data input
  • Preparing, maintaining and updating daily spreadsheets accurately.
  • Supporting with correspondence to customer via call/email
  • Any other Ad-hoc requirements
ProfileThe successful Office Administrator will be:
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Word,
  • Great attention to detail
  • Team Player must be willing to help, support and encourage colleagues
  • Ability to keep calm and work well under pressure
  • Self-sufficient and proactive
  • Knowledge of Qlik is desirable, however training will be provided
Job Offer£20000 - £21000 DOE + Generous annual leave, 29 days annual leave per annum, rising to 31 after 2 years service and 34 after 5; plus, Public Holidays + Attractive Pension Package (6% employer contribution) + Health Scheme + Training opportunities in linewith the personalised learning and development plan + Enhanced sick pay.
