Multi Skilled Engineer - PlasticsReference: Jo1811/SB/REEDLocation: HullSalary: £30,000 - £33,000 + Pension + Overtime 3 Shift Pattern The CompanyMy Client is one of the world’s leading plastics producers, specialising within the recycled plastics market, to supply their clients with solutions for waste, compost and similar associated needs. The company is a well established producer to the UK markets, with over 20 years of manufacturing experience. The Hull site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this secure company.Key Skills

  • Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical
  • Experience of PLC Automated Process Machinery
  • Understanding of PPM Systems Within Manufacturing
    • The RoleThe successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards, working on several electrical & mechanical areas within a PLC automated medium to heavy machinery environment, within a dedicated PPM schedule. The ideal candidates will come from a medium to heavy engineering background, ideally with plastics manufacturing knowledge, with injection and blow moulding machinery and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer with an electrical mechanical bias.
