Job Description

Multi Skilled A/C EngineerLocation - HullSalary up to £30,000 Contract - Temp-Permanent - Monday - Friday, 40 hour weekAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled A/C Engineer working on a contract based within the Hull area handling maintenance issues on Commercial electrical plant equipment within the Commercial buildingsDuties as required of an Air Conditioning Engineer (but not limited too);

  • Carry out PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards
  • Installation and operation of engineering equipment in line with operational requirements of the sites; this includes but not limited to: Control systems, Split Units, VRVs, Chillers, Pressurisation Units, BMS.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including risk assessment & working safely with equipment.
  • Respond to re-active works.
  • BMS experience and Multi-skilling capability within building services is desirable
Requirements;
  • Full Valid Driving Licence
  • NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance- Essential
  • F-Gas - Essential
