Marketing Manager (Product Manager/Brand Manager)Hull£40,000 to £45,000 DOE + Benefits Package + Ongoing Progression OpportunitiesMonday to FridayMarketing Manager required for a manufacturer who are proudly the fastest growing ecommerce company within their sector in 2021. They pride themselves on being a brand associated with quality and have established some great relationships within their market.This is a varied role, with an expanding company who offer career progression and an opportunity to shape the success of the company moving forward.The role would suit applicants from any marketing management, product management, brand management or ecommerce background. Applicants will ideally have experience of marketing products to retail (retail e-commerce) and must have a good commercial background.Applicants will ideally have previous management experience and a proven track record of leading and mentoring a team.The role is varied and will ultimately involve overseeing day to day marketing platforms in order to contribute to strategic growth. You will lead and manage the product design team to deliver all NPD/EPD launches, on tine, to budget and to a high qualitystandard. You will work with internal departments cross functionally to deliver data, direction and visibility into operations, product development and customer experience.You will be the point of contact for and coordinate external partners/agencies to improvetraffic, conversion rate and average order value. This will be achieved by activation of marketing plans across content, paid & organic social, PR, SEO and influencer management.
