Job Description

Flexible / Hybrid work available.About your new Accounts Senior / Semi-Senior: Working Hours: 36.25 hours per week. Locations available: Pickering, Kirkbymoorside and Hull.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Prep of VAT returns
  • Assisting with client queries
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements as well as associated tax computations
  • Supporting and working in conjunction with internal teams.

About YouThe successful candidate will have several years of experience working in practice and be either qualified or part-qualified (ACA/ACCA or AAT). Or, qualified by experience working in a similar role within an accountancy practice.Managing clients in the landed estates and agricultural sector is desirable but not essential.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Perhaps youre ready to take on a new challeng as our new Manager: Working Hours: 37 hours per week. Location: Hull Office.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Review and examine completed files for Partners to offer feedback and guidance to Supervisors/Seniors (as necessary).
  • Representing and promoting the business at external events.
  • Effectively forecast and budget.
  • Ability to effectively organise, manage and coordinate your own client portfolio, as well as the wider teams to ensure timely completion of work in line with deadlines.
