Key products include the "One Nest" stacking crate,jerry cans, Water Butt, composter, kerbside boxes, food waste containers and nestable bale arm trays.For our offices in Hull we are looking for a Management Accountant.Job Overview:

Preparation and management of the Monthly Management Accounts (Including P&L, Fixed Assets Register, Capex Review, balance sheet reconciliations), ensuring timely and accurate data
Preparation of monthly reporting pack, together with a review of month end results
Produce timely and accurate financial information that leads to and supports the weekly reporting and monthly management accounts.
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules to support the management accounts, including the intercompany trading and funding balances.
Provide timely and accurate ad hoc reporting to Plant Financial Controller
Support initiatives and drive systems/process to remove manual and repetitive tasks, improve analysis and information for decision making and further developments in line with business strategy
Review and challenge accuracy of forecasting
Provide variance analysis of actuals vs budget and variations on the weekly and monthly reporting
Supporting the budgeting process
Any other duties as the business requires

Specialized Qualifications/ Skills:

Recognised accounting qualification;
3-5 years post qualified experience;
Advanced Excel skills; system experience an advantage;
Strong analysis skills, able to analyse and interpret critical information
Strong organisational & communication skills
Keen eye for attention to detail, work under pressure and awareness of deadlines.
Experience in manufacturing would be highly desirable although not essential
