Job Description

Licensing AdministratorSalary up to £21,000 D.O.ELocation: HullHours: Full-time, Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pmGrafton Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a reputable legal business, who are seeking a Licensing Administrator to join their team, based in Hull.Duties of the Licensing Administrator will include:

  • Submit licensing applications as directed including arranging newspaper adverts and notices displayed on the application premises
  • Maintaining the applications/general diary system
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all practice and clients documentation and/or information
  • Receive telephone calls and enquiries from clients and respond to queries as appropriate
  • Retrieve and archive files and perform general administration of the filing system
  • Ensure all correspondence and documents are produced in the firms standard format
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed
You will need:
  • Strong office administration skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be IT literate
