Job Description

CK Group are recruiting for a German Speaking Lean Transformation Project Manager to join a global medical technology company in the pharmaceutical industry initially on a contract basis for 5 months.Salary:Up to £39.90 PAYE / £53.21 Umbrella (Inside IR35)Lean Transformation Project Manager Role:

  • Responsible for the facilitation and governance activities associated with the transformation of the Quote to Cash process for the EMEA region
  • Provide lean six sigma technical expertise and support
  • Lead teams in the use of lean tools during remote sessions (via MS Teams, etc.)
Your Background:
  • Agile project management & lean improvement experience
  • 3 years full time process improvement / business process optimization experience and must demonstrate through that work a comprehensive knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma frameworks for process improvements and the use and application of problem solving techniqueslike DMAIC, 5-Why, Ishikawa Diagrams, Process Mapping
  • Demonstrated project / program governance and leadership experience with ability to translate broad concepts into specific tasks and action plans
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to forge positive relationships within cross-functional teams
  • Finance background would be helpful to the candidate
