Job Description

Junior-Mid Level IT Project Manager (Resilience)UtilitiesPredominantly remote: 1-2 days per month in Hull12 months£370 per dayIn short: Were seeking someone from a Project Manager or PMO-style background to be our Resilience Coordinator. Spec is below and youll see that it aligns to PM accountabilities.Resilience experience would be nice but not essential. Below youll see a list of responsibilities to give you an idea of the day-to-day...In full:

  • Identify and report on resilience and ransomware issues
  • Be the focal point for resilience and ransomware preparedness queries
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and maintain business impact analysis assessments for each core business area
  • Coordinate resilience documentation updates
  • Ensure alignment of business continuity processes within business units and key functions
  • Lead ransomware preparedness initiatives throughout the unit
  • Manage the data in the vault
  • Ensure that critical users test and exercise their ransomware preparedness
  • Monitor progress of ransomware preparedness activities
  • Report on resilience and ransomware status at the risk committee
  • Lead resilience exercises and organise training
  • Coordinate the resilience governance forum
  • Represent resilience initiatives and ensure that they are effectively embedded throughout the business
  • Audit and benchmark resilience processes, to enable continuous improvement
