IT Technical Lead - Hull - £30,000 to £35,000Principal IT are working with a leading interpreting and translations services based in Hull. Due to ongoing expansion of the business they have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Technical Lead to join their management team, theyre ideally looking forsomeone who is an ambitious individual.This position isnt your day to day technical support role as our client is looking for someone who can step up the mark in assisting on audits, implementing new process and procedures. Whilst along side this they are also looking for someone with experienceof providing support on site and remotely to 30+ staff, escalate out of scope tickets to their designated IT Supplier, Maintain inventory of hardware and software whilst also considering and recommend systems changes to improve efficiency, reliability, performanceand staff experience.Experience Required:
