Due to recent success and continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an IT Systems Support Engineer to join their established IT team. An excellent opportunity to join a collaborative IT team.You will be reporting to the Senior Systems Administrator and responsible for a wide range of IT related work from the management of the IT infrastructure to configuration of and management of systems, telephones, devices, printers, and user accounts (and muchmore). About the IT Systems Support Engineering role:* Crystal Reporting* Monitor system performance* Diagnose and resolving issues* Configuration of various systems, hardware, and software* Training of personnel* Implementing upgrades* Updating IT policies* Manage user accounts and security permissionsYou will also be involved with planning service outages, including out of hours support when needed.Previous experience is essential for the role. Dealing with various departments will be essential from HR to senior management, to finance, suppliers and sub-contractors alike.Ideally you will have a good understanding of:* ERP and IFS* Azure M365 security and compliance* Working within ISO270001 framework* Crystal report writing* SQLWhats on offerAttractive salary £30,000 opportunity to progress career within a company that fully endorses and supports development.
