The successful candidate will be responsible for user & systems support and application responsible for several local hosted IT services & systems. This is a great chance toget on board with a company that will give you exposure to lots of different technologies and systems and be involved with a wide range of IT projects.Main responsibilities will include:

• First point of contact via helpdesk/phone/in person for group IT helpdesk & other business users. User support at all levels.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT problems. Escalating the problem to other members in the Global IT team when required.
• User & machine setup and user application install.
• Monitoring both the user and systems helpdesks.
• Providing remote support to end users which may include out of hours support.
• Provide system support for windows servers, office 365, active directory, video conference, exchange etc
• Assist with the creation of support documentation for our internal knowledge base and procedures.
• Networking & troubleshooting / diagnostics.
• IT Project support at all levels.

About youThe successful candidate should have the following skills and experience.

• Problem solving and attention to detail with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to take responsibility and work under own initiative.
• Strong system skills, understanding the cause-and-effect relationship of systems.
• Active Directory, Office 365 / Admin in depth knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of Windows client systems.
• VMware virtualisation administration - experience useful.
• Cisco experience an advantage.
• 4 years previous experience in a 1st/2nd/3rd line support capacity.
• Suitable technical qualifications commensurate with several years in an IT support role.
