IT Support Analyst / Infrastructure Engineer required for my client based near Hull for a permanent role paying £25-35kHours are 8am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch.Main Duties:• Provide end user support for windows PCs/laptops, mobiles, tablets• Provide system support for windows servers, office 365, active directory, video conference, exchange• First point of contact via helpdesk/phone/in person for group IT helpdesk & other business users• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems as the first point of contact. Escalating the problem to another member in the team if required• Basic networking troubleshooting/diagnostics• Supporting end users via the helpdesk, phone or in person• Ensure effective communication on escalation• Assist with the creation of support documentation for our internal knowledge base• Any experience/knowledge in Azure, Meraki, Networking, Intune, Mitel with be advantageous
